Mahesh Shahdadpuri is the CEO of TASC-Talent Asset Software & Consulting, a vertically
integrated people solutions company that offers Executive Search, Selection and
Outsourcing services to large companies around the world. The company addresses
various verticals such as Banking, Telecom, Aviation, Infrastructure, IT, and Retail.
Mahesh holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree from India and an MBA from Boston
University. He started his career in 1996 as a Business Development Manager at Intel
Corporation’s office in Boston, USA responsible for marketing and business development
for Asia and Europe region.
In 1999, he founded Ad Astrum Technologies, an IT software
& staffing firm in New York, Dubai and Bangalore which was re-branded as TASC in
2007. In addition to being the CEO of TASC, Mahesh is also on the Board of Directors
of the Nikai Group of Companies, a diversified business house with interests in
consumer electronics, home appliances, fast food restaurants, and foodstuffs distribution.
He headed the HR, Marketing, Logistics and IT divisions of the company from 2003
till 2007 in addition to running his own company.
