2nd Annual People Challenge Middle East 2009

TASC was the co- sponsor for the '2nd Annual People Challenge Middle East 2009' conference
hosted by Fleming Gulf Conferences.
The conference, officially sponsored by the UAE Ministry of Labour, brought together senior-top level HR and business leaders across industries ranging from transportation, healthcare, education, tourism and financial services, etc. This two-day conference featured 2 focal points in 'Empowering Women & Local Talent' &
'Engagement, Motivation,Performance'. It looked into regional burning issues in 'empowering women leadership
and enhancing the development of women HR professionals in the Middle East'and' pressing challenges in
engagement at time of recession - how it helps organizations to survive and direct people after the crisis'.
Mr. Mahesh Shahdadpuri, CEO, TASC was one of the distinguished panelists for the 'Innovation in HR' panel
discussion.

TASC was the proud sponsor of Indian Business Professional Council, 2009. The IBPC consists of highly esteemed Indian Business Professional. The event which took place at Grand Hyatt, Dubai was graced a special address by H.E. Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director-General, Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department and by the presence of Honorary Guest, H.E. Mr. Venu Rajamony, Consul General of India, Dubai.
IBPC consists of 700 highly prominent Dubai Businessmen from the Indian fraternity. The event was graced by the President of IBPC, Mr.Paras Shahdadpuri (Chairman of Nikai) and the nine board members of IBPC. The event also witnessed the presence of Mr.Mahesh Shahdadpuri, CEO of TASC. |

People Challenge Middle East Forum 2008
held on November 24th – 26th, 2008 in Dubai, UAE |

Mr.Mahesh Shahdadpuri, the CEO of TASC gave a very interesting presentation on the importance of employee engagement and employer branding during the hiring process for the Fleming Gulf Conference held at Dusit Thani in Dubai during 24TH TO 26TH November, 2008. Many senior professional of various industries were present for this conference. This conference saw some edifying presentations made by the President, HR Directors, Business Managers of companies like Shell, Nokia, Emirates NBD, Kuwait Airways, BNP Paribas, Mars, Microsoft and many more such multinationals.
In his presentation Mr.Mahesh emphasized on the importance of employee Engagement and Employer branding in the search process. He gave an imminent presentation on how communicating the company brand to the employees can be a differentiator to hire top talent. But most importantly he also approached the subject of engaging outsourced and contract employees.
